Terms & Conditions
A 20% payment of the initial cost is required as a deposit to reserve the booking on the date of your event, with full payment & numbers then due 14 days prior to the event date. This booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of the client cancelling this booking. Booking fees are however transferable to another date (subject to availability)
All sundries and accessories hired will be subject to a refundable security deposit sum of £100 in addition to the hire charges. This is only used in the event of any damage or misplacement that may occur. Our neon sign has a £150 security deposit.
At all times during your event the hired items remain the property of The Sparkle Shed
The client is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, from time of delivery at the venue until they are collected by The Sparkle Shed, and will be held liable for any damage howsoever incurred for the full cost or replacement of any items which are hired
Deliveries left at premises are left at the clients risk. If we are not made aware of an issue with regard to a product or service we have supplied and given the opportunity to fix or replace the product before or during an event then we cannot be held responsible.
Linen may be returned soiled. Any permanent stains or damages may incur a small charge.
All charges including delivery and collection will be quoted when order is made, and on written confirmation of the order by the client (email) and payment of a booking deposit these prices will be deemed to be the contract price.
Clients should ensure that they or their representatives are at the delivery address on event date & are happy with everything.
In the event of a cancelled booking, a cancellation fee (in addition to the non-refundable booking deposit) will be charged at 50% by The Sparkle Shed if the event is cancelled within 12 weeks of the event date.
Final total payment is required in full 14 days prior to the event. If payment is not received within our terms and conditions, we will assume the booking has been cancelled. A cancellation charge of 50% of the estimated total amount will be invoiced.
The Sparkle Shed reserves the right to use any photography of events for social media promotional purposes unless otherwise advised by the client.
IMPORTANT KEEP SAFE INFORMATION – The Sparkle Shed will not be liable should an injury occur during the hire of our any products. The client will be responsible for ensuring items are not tampered with once the event is taking place, to prevent any injury to their guests. Backdrops & draping MUST NOT BE MOVED after being set up.
Payment of a booking deposit is deemed as acceptance of the above terms & conditions
